My name is Brian Hischier. You probably gathered that from the Google+ button over there. But I thought I'd introduce myself formally. Hello.

Rather than go into several paragraphs explaining who I am and who I amn't, I thought I'd give you a quick list of things About Me.

THE LIST OF THINGS ABOUT BRIAN HISCHIER THAT MIGHT BE RELEVANT TO YOU AND YOUR DECISION TO KEEP READING THIS WEBSITE.

1. I like long titles (for example, see this list title)
2. I like to make art (for example, see my work over here at The Amnesium)
3. I focus on too many things, thus adding to the devastation our culture has wreaked on the word "focus"
4. I can't stop writing about art.
5. I can stop writing about everything else.
6. Except fiction. I love writing fiction.
7. I am 6'1"

 in photos. I'll try to fix that.

That was easy. (Of course, I just copied it from my Wikipedia page. I can steal that stuff right? It's not really written by humans, is it? Can a machine hold a copyright? Can a machine sneeze?)

QUESTIONS FOR BRIAN THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE THOUGHT TO ASK

1. Do you really believe that everything is art? I didn't. I kind of do now. And I'm not happy about it, but one must start somewhere.
2. Will your opinions change? As a human being, I'm going to have to say, "Yes. Probably."
3. Will you write about my art? I don't know. What's it like?
4. Do you think my art is art? Probably, but that doesn't mean I want to say it out loud. Do you think it's art?
5. Will you visit my museum? I don't know. I'd like to, but my travel arrangements are fairly particular.
6. Will you visit my gallery? See the previous question.
7. Do you really not like art? I'm firmly on the fence. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. 
8. What do you know for certain that you like? Lots of things. Books. Coffee. Opening Titles of movies. Pen and ink. Birds. Rocking chairs. Black t-shirts.  
9. Why do you sell your books? For the same reason you have a job. 
10. Are they good? I hope so. I mean, YES.
